Psalm 7 (Confession of disunity)

Lord help me to see all the ones
who are lost and alone and undone
Lord give me the words you would say
and the selflessness to give them away

Lord I confess where I am
all my flesh, all my pride and my sin
I need you to open my eyes
to the needs in the body of Christ

Lord I know it's not about me
to find this place of your unity
to love the place I'm finding myself
to be the person that you made me to be

and in my own church I find
there are people that I just don't like
people that just don't interest me
messed up screwed up people just like me
